[SOLVED] Random BSODs and crashes

My computer was bluescreening about every week until recently, I tried to upload a vrchat avatar from unity and realized every time I try it makes me bluescreen with a different stop code every time. Now I'm also crashing when just trying to play games sometimes without even a bluescreen. I've ran memtest86 and it found no errors and used DDU to uninstall and reinstall my graphics card drivers. I've checked and updated my wifi chip and cpu's drivers and still no luck. Some of the stopcodes I got include KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE, and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I would really like a solution that doesn't involve a reinstall of windows even if I do the 'keep personal files' because it's a huge hassle to get my shortcuts and everything back. I've tried troubleshooting but Microsoft's site is so vague with what to fix, for example, 'fix drivers'. I tried some sort of driver verifier in command prompt which never gave me any result or detail of what was wrong but it just kept crashing until I stopped it from the command prompt in the windows startup. I'm pretty technically savvy but I've never had a software problem like this before and I would appreciate any help I can get.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

How many times did you run memtest on each stick?

Can you download and run Driverview - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html
All it does is looks at drivers installed; it won't install any
When you run it, go into view tab and set it to hide all Microsoft drivers, will make list shorter.

Now its up to you, you can look through the drivers and try to find old drivers, or you can take a screenshot from (and including)Driver name to (and including)Creation date.
upload it to an image sharing website and show link here

All I would do is look at driver versions (or dates if you lucky to have any) to see what might have newer versions.

Okay, wow. This is a lot, I definitely don't understand windows as much as I thought I did because a lot of this didn't make sense. Okay first things first, I configured that to make a file there but I already see 5 .dmp files there from minutes after I had BSODs. Now about memtest, I ran it once for 45 ish minutes until it said 100% on progress with 0 errors. Should I run it again?

As of now turning off game boost in bios has not caused any crashes.

Game Boost appears to be automatic overclocking so that could be why. You better off with a manual overclock or just let Precision boost do its thing.
