Question random BSODs and games crashing to desktop after installing new CPU and motherboard

Hello everyone!
I'm having some issues after installing a new Motherboard and CPU into my PC.

I switched from a ASUS Prime Z-270K with an Intel i5-7600k to an MSI mpg b550 Gaming Plus with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D.
After the switch I had a lot of issues with occasional blue screens and none of my games working. In the beginning this meant that the PC would blue screen but in the meanwhile, after some of the measures listed below it means that the game will simply crash to desktop. Sometimes apps like Discord and Spotify will also just close without any warning.

I already did the following things:
  • install all new chipset and MoBo drivers from the disk and then from online.
  • remove all the old intel drivers
  • reinstall graphics card drivers
  • reseat the CPU, Cooler, RAM and Graphics card
  • reinstall games that were crashing
  • reinstall Steam
  • reset Windows (not a clean reinstall)
  • I have used Driver Verifier (+Windbg) to find faulty drivers and reinstall the software they came with or just delete them
  • I have run memtest without any problems detected

Currently I have three running theories:
  1. There is still some rogue faulty driver somewhere and I need a clean Windows install.
  2. My CPU or MoBo are faulty and I need to use my warranty to swap them.
  3. My PSU is too weak.

My PSU is a 450W piece from 7 years back. I read that they lose their power with time and since my initial build I have added more drives, more fans, upgraded my Graphics Card (GTX 1060 -> RTX 2070) and now my CPU - maybe it just can't handle everthing new.
I'd probably need to buy a new PSU just to test this theory.

I have attached my recent mini dumps and my system information here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jTxpkRHa_HUp8hhXn9m7tKNxEIkop08b?usp=sharing

I used these articles for my understanding for memtest and driver verifier:

Shop for a 650w psu with at least a 7 yr warranty.

What you have now is not going to work.

After a full windows reinstall and buying a new PSU and a lot of additional testing i found out that one of my RAM sticks was broken. I don't know why it happened exactly now, since it worked without issues before. At least I have no more issues now.

The Windows internal mem test tool didn't help at all. I needed to do some A-B testing with either one or the other stick in. Also this tool worked perfectly: https://www.memtest86.com/
