Hi I've been having a recurring problem for a while now, every now and then whether I'm browsing desktop or playing games my PC will just restart and give me a BSOD before it restarts. I've had a varied error from IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal to SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I am at the end of my tether. I've recently replaced my PSU and Mobo. I've reinstalled Win7 a few times and it will be fine for a day or up to a week and then I will get a BSOD randomly. I've tried updating drivers and stuff and even rolled back my AMD driver because blueScreenviewer shown atikmdag causing a BSOD at one point. I don't really know what to do.

My PC specs are:

CPU: i5 2300 2.8Ghz Factory Clock.
GPU: Sapphire 3GB HD 7970 Ghz Edition.
MOBO: Gigabyte Z77-D3H.
PSU: Corsair AX760.
RAM: Corsair CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL10
SSD: Intel 330 Series 120GB. HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD.

I don't know what else to do. Thanks guys I hope I can get this fixed!

Solution

Set mine as a Solution since its solved, should save time for over people looking to help. Good Luck.

I had a hunch it may be the RAM, I will remove a stick and go about my business as normal now and see how it goes.

Solution

I've removed a stick of RAM and tried each different one but PC won't boot now. It spins the fans and stuff but it won't show anything on screen and just shuts down and trys again.

If you are capable of PC building I will give you a set of steps to identify the problem.
Remove every component apart from the mobo and CPU and of course the power supply.

1. try booting with just the motherboard and CPU, you should hit bios.
2. Add RAM, Bios screen should be hit.
3. Add HDD, should start up.
4. Add other parts one by one until either it works or it hits a problem, whatever part nothing happens on is broken or has an issue.
