Random color flashes upon startup

[Please Read] I have this problem where upon startup after the pc has been on for 5 seconds the screen flashes a random color I have updated all my drivers and windows 10 I also have a problem where somtimes when im doing nothing the screen just freezes then turns off when that happens somtimes the monitor wont turn on for a good 30 mins after

Need full system specs, including power supply brand and model, and details about the issue, this always happen, just started, did anything happen right before the issue started, etc...?

From the sound of things, bad video card or power supply are the most likely issues.

I have a gtx 1060 intel i-7 processer an h270 prime motherboard and 2 sticks of ram it didnt happen for the first month i had my pc but now its been like this for a month btw all my drivers are up to date

The power supply sais 50-60Hz or 115-230V

Ive also had this problem where when I startup the screen seems really zoomed in and everythings pixaleted

That is not the brand and model, just the voltage it can run on. There should be a brand and model on it.
