Hi people from tom's hardware!

A while back I posted a thread here explaining my problem.
It was this thread:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2546657/random-solid-colour-screen-freezes.html

Now I thought the problem was solved, since I disconnected the top fan.
But after a week the freeze came back.
Still totally random...
I've let my system go trough all the tests there are.

And the only thing I could find are Memtest86+ errors while running test 13 hammertest...
Don't know if this is relevant.

I have noticed one difference since then. I hooked my 2nd monitor to my mobo instead of both of them to my GPU.
Now when the crash happens the monitor connected to my GPU gets the colour freeze and the other one keeps the image it was showing. The system still freezes and I have to do shut down my system with the power button.

Does this point in the direction of a faulty gpu? or could it still be anything....
I'm kinda lost here guys, cause the IT shop that examined my system (ran tests for 48h non stop) couldn't find anything....
Since it's totally random it really sucks to locate what the problem is I guess.

Here are my systemspecs again:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
GIGA-BYTE GA-Z97-D3H
GIGA-BYTE GeForce GTX 780 3GB
CRUCIAL Ballistix Tactical 2x8GB
SEAGATE Barracuda 2T HDD
SAMSUNG 840 series Evo 250GB SSD
Windows 7 Home premium 64bit.

-Yesterday was really bad. 16/05/2015
I had like 7-8 crashes. And other days I have none....
all with the same crashlog:

I have no idea what triggers it... all I know is that when I tap the case when it happens the screen sometimes pops back and works again for a few minutes.
And that since I changed my 2nd monitor to my motherboard GPU, that monitor keeps it image when the system crashes....
