Random computer freeze

Hey guys!
I have a problem with my computer randomly freezing up. It can happen when playing games, watching movies or even browsing. Nothing is responsive and I have to do a hard reset.
I did some research with Event Viewer and there is a critical error - event ID 41 kernal power. This event is simply recording the fact that the system was shut down ungracefully. It does not provide information on the source of the problem, but just the fact there is a problem.
Every component I have except SSD(The issue began before I bought SSD), I've send on a warranty test separately and they seem to be flawless.
My CPU and GPU temperatures are fine, I've even tested PSU voltage myself and they seem fine aswell.
My BIOS is up to date (F8, I could update it to beta F9c)

  SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB
  HDD: SEAGATE Barracuda 1TB
  

I would be grateful for any new information or idea that might fix my issue.

Check your HDD with Seagates seatools. Do a smart, self, and generic test. If your system is running windows 10 I suggest a clean reinstall(none upgrade).

I did smart, self and generic test and it did not help. I've already made a clean reinstall of windows before, once I upgraded it from windows 7 to windows 10, and then few months after a clean reinstal ( Problem occured on both windows 7 and 10).

Sorry for picking the best solution, it was a mistake.

@Elbert's suggestion to test the drive with its manufacturer's diagnostic tool is a really good idea. However, since no problem was found and you had that issue with 2 different operating system and a few fresh installs, I'd recommend that you try the HDD with a different SATA port and with different cables (both power and data), to see if the issue still persists. Another suggestion would be to try running your system with the HDD disconnected, to see what happens.

Freezes/hanging of the system might also be caused by faulty RAM, so you could run a memory test, to see if anything out of the ordinary pops-up.

I've just switched the SATA cables and power cables to my HDD also used different SATA port and tested it and it did not work. Might try again with HDD disconnected but I doubt it will help since I've sent all my stuff on warranty where they checked it and they said it was flawless - same for RAM where I sent it on warranty plus I've ran the memtest86 with no errors.

Let me know how it goes with the HDD disconnected. On the other hand if it's neither the hardware nor the OS, it could be a driver related issue. Go through all the components of your build and reinstall or update (if you have available updates) all of them, to see if anything changes.

I tried disconnecting HDD.At first for a few hours system worked but at the end same result my system froze.

Do you have another system you could test the psu and video card in? If the issue goes with the test it will reduce the possible problems. If it doesn't then you know its either your motherboard, ram, cpu, or drives. My guess is tho its either the power supply or video card.

In this case, perhaps double-checking your whole system with a different computer service center would be a good idea. Explain your issue and ask if you could get each component diagnosed separately if possible.

Yup you should take it to be checked out unless you have a very good friend that will test parts for you.
