Random Cpu Spikes in games

Hello everybody. I have gaming laptop and i have some problems. First, my system specs;

Gtx 1060 6 gb
İntel i7-6700HQ
16 gb RAM
256 gb SSD
1 tb HDD

My problem is Cpu spikes. In many games (mostly battlefield 1 and battlefield 4 ) i have this problem. In battlefield 4, i use command and open gpu and cpu graph. I play this game 60 fps but suddenly cpu spike rises and fps drop 55-56 or worse. Sometimes spikes are more bigger, sometimes more smaller. Gpu spikes are normal. I look at the Msi afterburner when I have this problem and I see cpu usage suddenly rising 98-96. This problem Happens with many games and is very annoying. Temps are normal. I tried almost everything but i can't solve problem.

For BF1 make sure dx12 is disabled
For BF4 make sure mantel is disable and it is using directx

Please show the temps while under load.

temps are normal. Cpu and GPU max. temp is 70c. Mentle is disable because i use nvidia card. Mentle for AMD cards.

Try and run the games in a clean boot and see if the spikes disappear.

yeah I've done it but nothing has changed.

Have you tried disabling origin in-game? Do this by going to origin > application settings > origin in-game and uncheck it

yes origin in-game always disable. This problem happens not only battlefield. I also have problem in other games.
