i have a problem similar to this case

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1890236/random-single-core-spikes-amd-8120-cpu.html

first of all sorry for my bad language i really need some help.

i been using this computer for about 1 year and 2 months everything went good no any issue but this start happend for about 4 days .

my single core spikes at the 100% switching between others cores for about every 10-15 second and raised up a cpu load just a little bit like 5% to 11% but thats seems to not have any impact with the performance while playing games. the fps are still the same

normally when idle my cpu temp will go around 30-40c
but now its spikes up high to about 45-58c and and immidietly drop down to the same 30-40c for about 20seconds and then jump up again but the weird thing is when i opened the video game (Dota 2) and stay idle in the main menu
the temp stop spikes and go back to what it should be 33-42c without a single spikes but the cpu cores are still spikes

My spec

Cpu : Ryzen 7 1800x stock no OC
Gpu : Gtx 1070 Rog strix
Cooler : NZXT kraken X62
Motherboard : ASRock X370 Gaming K4
Ram : DDR4 16GB(8gb*2 ) G.Skill TridentZ
Power supply : Thermaltake gold thoughpower 750W

It dosent actually looks like a Hardware issue. Do this happends even while playing DOTA or it stays stable while you are only idle o nthe main lobby?
For me it looks like a Bit-Coin miner virus or something struggling with the cpu for a bit of time.
Btw, did you clean your PC very often ? Maybe its just dusty and that produces the random spikes... Anyways, you should definitly try to monitor the PC while under Safe mode and see if it does the same.
The other option you have is:
If you dont care much about your information i would just format the pc and install a clean windows back and start monitoring once again...

thanks for the advice man. i haven't clean it since i buy this for 1 year maybe i should try to clean it now
im really apologize for the wrong information i gave. as I just try and see whien idle on the lobby the temp look a bit more stable but still have some spikes too. the normal temp when idle is around 36c and then goes up to 57c then immidietly drop down and when playing it is the same. spikes up just a little.
now i just ran a malwarbytes scan and found 192 thread a file named "PUP.Optional.SearchManager" i already quarantine it and removed already reboot my system and this still happened the same 🙁
