Question Random Crash shutting all apps when clicking left mouse button excessively ?

My recent build has been encountering an issue of random crash, all of which happens in fraction of seconds and closes down all applications, especially when I left click left button on the mouse very often.. (not gaming but editing/animation tasks). If mouse/ keyboard is left idle, such an issue does not arise.

I did a reliability check & found out error's in this manner:

Description: Faulting Application Path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe

Problem signature
Problem event name: appcrash
application name: Explorer.EXE
Application version: 10.0.19041.3448
Fault Module Name: Shell32.dll
.... and so on.

Files that help describe the problem:
minidump.mdmp
WerInternalMetadata.xml
WERInternalRequest.xml
memory.csv
sysinfo.txt
AppCompat.txt

I followed few instructions on this website assuming it would be a virus since I rely entirely on Windows defender (and use no internet at all). However after performing a full pc scan & routine sfc /scannow, found no error's whatsoever.

How can I resolve the crash issue? Does my system need a whole format?

Expecting guidance on the same, thanks.

What tool or app did you use for that reliability check?

Gigabyte PSU: age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s); make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliabiity History/Monitor for any additional error codes, warnings, or informational events captured after a mouse left click.

You can also look in Event Viewer. Requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.
