In the last one-two weeks i have a problem (mostly when gaming, but not only) that randomly my screen says there is no connection and after 1-3sec the audio is frozen and i need to restart the computer.

I updated the windows to the creators update and after i saw that the creashed don't stop i tried to clean install windows with the last version' but that dosen't help.

Sometimes even if i turn up the computer again, the screen still says that there is no connection and after couple times of restarts it finally get a signal.

I think its because the creators update or the new AMD drivers, but i don't know for sure
maybe it related to this thread? http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3391257/frezze-ramdonly-black-screen.html

I also have 2 Minidump files in the download below.. it said "Caused By Driver": dxgkrnl.sys

Thanks for your help! (and sorry for my english..)

Hi, I used WhoCrashed to view your dump files. Here's what it said:

On Tue 4/18/2017 3:07:09 PM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\041817-8140-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: atikmpag.sys (atikmpag+0xF654)
Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFF830C0FB87010, 0xFFFFF80DC8AEF654, 0x0, 0xD)
Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: atikmpag.sys .
Google query: atikmpag.sys VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

Both times it's apparently the video driver. Maybe you can try an updated version if available. If not, maybe an older version. [More Info]

Also, see this page: https://community.amd.com/thread/180166

If this doesn't help, write back and list everything you have tried and maybe someone else can jump in and help.

Solution

Seems like the problem is with the new AMD drivers
I just install 17.3.3 and no problems so far.

Big thanks for your help!
