Question Random crashing and freezing with occasional audio looping ?

As of recently, My computer has been randomly freezing, waiting for a few seconds, and then rebooting. And sometimes accompanying that is the audio glitching and looping.

Whenever I checked the event viewer, it would always say that a bug check occurred, and when I read the dump file it created it always referred to nvlddmkm.sys. And the past few days, it just says "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation."

I've tried reinstalling the Nvidia drivers, updating BIOS, and completely re-installing Windows but the issue persists. Any ideas?

Nvidia RTX 2060
16 Gb ram (T-force delta rgb)
Intel m.2 SSD (1TB) For OS
4 TB hard drive for storage
EVGA BQ 650
Windows 10
