Question Random Display Signal Loss (Ram and Motherboard Incompatibility?)

Two months ago i started having this issue where my display would randomly (sometimes every few hours/sometimes every few days) turn off and show a message "No HDMI signal coming from your device", but my PC is still working, i can see fans turning, LED gigabyte eagle sign is turned on, etc., the problem is, i can't restart my pc on restart button or power it off on power button, i can only turn off psu button, and when i turn it on again, and boot my PC, i get windows attempting to boot and after little less than a minute, it boots it and opens desktop, my clock turns back to midnight of that day 00:00, and ram memory frequency turns back to 2133mhz. When i enter bios, it says "BIOS has been reset. Please re-config your BIOS setup items if needed" . Okay, so let me tell you first my PC Specs.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite v2
Processor: Ryzen 7 5700x
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB Vram
Ram Memory: First i had Kingston HyperX Fury 2666mhz 16GB (4x4gb) (With this Ram Memory i had BSOD and couldn't boot my PC without turning XMP on in bios, and even when i turned XMP on it was unstable, my Display was turning off randomly.
Now i bought Corsair Vengeance LPX 32Gb (2x16gb) 3200 mhz CL16. (With this ram memory i didn't try using it without XMP enabled because it sets memory to default 2133mhz (when XMP is off) , when i turn XMP on, it sets it to 3200mhz as intended Ram frequency. It's little more stable with this ram memory, and no blue screen of death, but still i get random display turning off.
PSU: Cooler Master Elite v3 600w

What i tried, that didn't work. And at the end i'm still suspicious on RAM memory as the main culprit.
1. Changed CMOS Battery (I was suspecting that battery caused clock reset to 00:00 and bios reset)
2. Changed Ram Memory from Kingston HyperX Fury 2666mhz 16gb (4x4gb) to Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz 32gb (2x16gb) 16CL
3. Changed HDMI cable, no result.
4. Multiple windows fresh installs both Windows 10/Windows 11
5. Power/Sleep settings set never to turn off display.
6. Latest Drivers/Latest BIOS version installed.
7. I even tried using different SSD to install my Windows, i have 2 SSd's and 1 HDD. (Don't know what would this help with)
8. I would exclude GPU causing issues because i used this GPU with previous PC (I bought GPU first and used it until i bought rest of pc parts, worked just fine).
9. Checked QVL (Qualified Vendor List) for previous Ram Memory [Kingston HyperX Fury 2666mhz 16GB (4x4gb)], not on the list, maybe that is why it showed BSOD, unstable etc.
10. Checked QVL for current Ram Memory [Corsair Vengeance LPX 32Gb (2x16gb) 3200 mhz CL16 CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 ., it's NOT on VERIFIED QVL list, but maybe you could check more for me guys?
11. My Ram Memory Box says "Supports Intel Core i7" , and i'm using AMD Processor, even if it's on qvl list, maybe this ram memory is intended for intel only?
12. Seller told me that i can't enable XMP on AMD processor and that's probably causing instability, but how otherwise i'm gonna use my 3200mhz as intended?

One thing that i need to mention, display turning off happens mostly when i don't use PC, it's IDLE on desktop (happened once while i was using it, and only once or twice while i was in main menu in game), when i'm using my PC for web browsing, playing games, watching youtube, it NEVER turned off display.

I'm really at the edge, because i tried a lot of different things and none worked, and i don't have spare pc parts to troubleshoot.

Thanks you guys/girls in advance, and sorry for the long post.

Why didn't you post all this in your duplicate post found HERE? I've requested an admin merge the two.

Sounds like you are having issues because of incompatible memory. If it doesn't show on those lists, it's likely it won't work correctly. Are you checking the QVLs from the manufacturer's sites or somewhere else?

As for your display turning off, that could simply be a power option that you need to configure for it to not turn off after a certain time.

I'm checking QVL's on https://pangoly.com , and Display Power Plan is set never to turn of display or go to sleep. Any other idea?

As for the Display Power Plan, follow the steps HERE to completely disable and remove the hibernate file from your system and see if that helps.

As for the QVLs, those sites are great but they rely on their own research and information and can sometimes be in error. If in doubt, check out the manufacturer site as most motherboard makers' sites have compatibility listings now.

I'm currently checking compatibility listing from Gigabyte, for Vermeer 5000-series Ryzen Processors. , i'll inform you what i found out.

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb (2x16gb) 3200mhz cl16 CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 is not on the supported list on Gigabyte's official website and listing. Now that i see that is not compatible, could all of that display turning off still be RAM issue and not hibernate issue?

It won't hurt to disable hibernation either way. It's been known to cause wacky behaviors.
