random empty programs keep appearing in my task switcher

when i let my computer sit or even when i am using my computer, i will switch between programs using 'alt' + 'tab' and see random programs (that are nothing) in there usual it gets up to 10 tops but today there were probably over 50. when i try to open them nothing happens and i cannot find them anywhere else.

Have you ran an anti-virus scan or perhaps a adware removing program recently?

I like ADWCleaner and Junkware Removal Tool (JRT) to clean weird programs off:

I have kaspersky and run it frequently and nothing appears in the search. I don't download torrents or go on bad websites. This desktop is meant for school and gaming. Also here is a link of a picture of the problem. http://i.imgur.com/Jj6whKg.png
