Specs:
Ryzen 7700x
Gygabite B650m DS3H
Geforce 4070ti MSI Ventus 3x OC
32GB DDR5 Fury RAM
850W PSU
Context
I purchased this computer prebuilt from a distant store and because of my country's size shipping it back for technical support is something I'd like to avoid if possible, because there's significant risk of it being damaged, lost or stolen during shipping, besides the possibility they won't even fix it and send it back still malfunctioning.
Therefore, I'd really appreciate if you could offer some help to fix the issue.
Issue
After receiving the pc about 96 hours ago it has had several events when the screen goes black and the headphones (plugged directly into the pc) lose all signal and the PC refuses to turn off, even if I hold the power button for over a minute, I have to unplug from the socket or turn the power supply off using it's button.
2 events happened quickly after I started playing MTG:Arena, a very light online game, 2 were on desktop, 1 was when playing Rogue Trader (an offline game and also quite light).
What I tried
Used DDU to remove and then reinstall the 4070ti drivers, change power settings, disable XMP (reenabled after it did nothing), disabled the iGPU, ran windows memory test, chkdsk and scannow, used HWinfo, 3dmark and furmark stress test (33 minutes) and found nothing. Checked the reliability monitor for events and all I could discern were the events where I had to turn the PC off by unplugging it.
On Device Manager I found that a security device, AMD PSP 11.0 has "this device cannot start" and "STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE", but I'm unsure if this has nything at all to do with my problem. I tried disabling it and saw no difference.
Regarding the bios, it's over an year old, F2, but I don't want to risk updating it without a reasonable degree of confidence it will fix the issue. Besides, I've never done it, I don't even know which "Rev" my MB is or if that even matters.
In summary
I'd really appreciate if anyone could help with this, I haven't had a desktop for over a decade due to the pressures imposed by adult life and this machine was quite expensive, I would love to fix this PC without risking exposing it to shipping risks.
Thanks for your time.
