Hello fellow PC enthusiasts,
I've had my gaming PC for about 6 years now, constantly changing and upgrading parts through the years. My last version of my PC had the following specs;
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
XFX 5700xt 8gb
Some Gigabyte Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Ram of 16 gb, i believe 3600
3 different SSDs totaling to 2.5 TB of storage
EVGA Silver 600wt Power Supply
It ran great, honestly. It was outdated though and for Christmas, i got a new CPU and Motherboard. My new specs at that time was;
AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
XFX 5700t 8gb
ASUS TUF Gaming A520m-Wifi
Corsair Vengeance Ram of 16 gb, i believe 3600
3 different SSDs totaling to 2.5 TB of storage
EVGA Silver 600wt Power Supply
I then started running into issues, Overheating at first, so i got an IO Water Cooler/radiator. Fixed my overheating issues. Ran good for a bit, noticed i started bottle necking so i shelled out money and got an XFX 7600xt 12gb card and got 32gb or ram at the same time. After installing those new parts, i started getting some strange crashing, not just a blue screen crash, just straight up loss of power. So i went and got a new power supply, kept getting crashes. Then one day i went to turn on my computer and it wouldn't boot. Turns out my boot drive died, still need to get stuff off of that drive but I was able to get a new 2TB ssd to replace it and installed new windows on it and forgot to update my drivers for a couple weeks, this happened near the end of April 2024. So my current PC specs are;
AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
XFX 7600xt 12gb
ASUS TUF Gaming A520m-Wifi
Corsair Vengeance 32gb
3 Different SSD's totaling to 4TB of storage
and now an 850 modular power supply
My current issue is while gaming in The Finals, one of my favorite games currently, i will randomly now get a green screen crash. Sometimes its a few minutes into playing or an hour into playing. I thought it was just this game, but a few times now my PC has randomly green screen crashed on a few different games or just after playing the games. I've preformed 3 different stress tests through the AMD software and it passed 30 minutes worth of stress tests no problem. I'm at a loss for what to do next really. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
