random huge fps drop??

today i was playing a game on steam then randomly my fps dropped a shit ton... i checked cpu-z
and my cpu temps are max 70 degrees Celsius while gaming and in gpu-z my gpu load is at 99%
and my gpu temp dosent change... help? my specs in case it helps:

cpu: intel core i7 4790k
gpu: nvidia gtx 970
ram: 8gb

first try restarting the PC and check the game again. Next run some bench marks. If your PC is scoring a lot lower than it should be try cleaning your case for dust and making sure all the fans work. If worst comes to worst sent in your GPU for warranty repairs
