[SOLVED] random ip on my router

Hey guys today i went to pause my brothers internet because he isn't listening to out mom. Bit when i paused his i looked through the connected devices just for the lol's. And noticed since yesterday when looking theres a new device. With and odd ip, all of are ip's are 192.xxx.x.xx this one is says Android and is 100.xx.xx.xxx

100.x.x.x ip many times are carrier nat. It could be a IP that is assigned to the phone via the mobile broadband connection.

Okay thank you that was it, i paused it because i didnt know who or what it was.... My little brother got mad he was in the middle of a messenger call hahaha
