Random lag sometimes with cpu, gpu and disk in task manager

At random times my computer begins to lag or even freeze and when I can check in task manager it has cpu, gpu and disk at 100%. I have a gtx 1080, i7 4780 and 16gb of ram does anyone have an idea on what the cause of this could be.

Okay fixed it my sata cables were under my gpu and it seems as though they were disconnecting it sometimes...
