Question Random pc shutdown need some help.

I was unclear where I should post as I have no idea what related to my system shutting down randomly. So far its happened 3 times 2 within 5mins of each other the other about 3 days ago.
I'm running Runescape client and Discord and just at random it will freeze up and restart. there is a weird winey noise I believe coming from one of the hard drives.

My pc spec Intel i5 7400 @3ghz, GTX 1060 6gb, 16 GB Corsair ram, 600w corsair psu, 970 evo 1TB which has my Win 10 installed onto. Kingston 120gb SSD for random stuff + games and 500gb Seagate Hard drive.

without taking apart my case can only say its corsair 80+ bronze

Starting to get weird lag over 1min long and my browser opens up console commands by itself. Think might of got a virus which is odd as not downloaded anything for awhile just today starting to really play up. Had to post this via my mobile as pc unusable atm
