Lately, my computer has started turning off randomly. I have cleaned all the dust in the computer, checked that the temps are ok when it shuts down, updated all drivers, performed a memory test that came back with no issues and i have checked that all the fans are working.

My PSU is a 700w while a website for calculating my power needs estimate all i need is around 500w. I have never experienced this problem before, but now it has happened around 16 times. Every time it happens i get a Kernel-Power event 41 in the event manager.

When it turns off, the screens go black, sometimes whatever I am doing freezes, the computer shuts down, then attempts a restart but is stuck in a reboot loop (it shuts down before showing the motherboard logo) until i either disconnect the power, or force shut down the machine by holding the power button. Then it turns back on and acts completely normal until it suddenly shuts down again.

The last time i made any upgrades to the machine was about a year ago, and it has worked flawlessly since then. I build the computer in 2016-17 i think and i am on Windows 10 Pro

One of the times it shut down i got a blue screen saying "Attempted execute of noexecute memory". I usually dont get a blue screen when it shuts off.

Does anyone have any solutions to this?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu?
check cpu/gpu temp?

CPU: Intel i7-4790K
GPU: MSI Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB
PSU: Cooler Master B700 ver.2 700W
MOBO: MSI Z97sSLI Krait Edition
RAM: 16GB Dual-Channel DDR3 666MHz
1 120GB Liteonit SSD
1 1TB Western Digital HDD

GPU temp never exceeded 70 degrees celcius under heavy load
CPU temp never exceeded 65 degrees celcius under heavy load

Note: The shutdowns also happened when just browsing the web with temperatures at 30-40 degrees on both GPU and CPU
