Random Power loss with delayed restart

Hi everyone,
Lately my PC has been randomly shutting down and then starting up again a few seconds later. This seems to primary happen under stress. (Gaming)
I have also experienced strange locks/stutters where the audio stutters and then the pc catches up after some time but never enough to really do anything.
What I am wondering is, could this be a PSU issue? The stuttering doesn't seem like it would be to me but the random loss of power seems like it could be a safety triggering. I have been messing around with my rig quite a bit to see if I can figure it out myself, but have gotten rather annoyed with it lately.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Sorry, can't believe I forgot specs.

Intel 2600k
Asrock Extreme9
Gtx 670SLI
2133 Dominator Platinum ram
4 SSD
1 HDD
Full custom loop
and the PSU is an OCZ Fatality 1000Watt

Windows 7 Home Premium

I don't think I have the logs. Highly doubt its temps unless its the VRMs or something else I may not be monitoring
Where can I look for the logs? Thanks

I believe this is what I was supposed to look for in the logs?

CPU and GPU temps are both good. Unsure of MOBO at the time but I wouldn't think it would have been too warm.

Will do. Thank you.

Computer just did it again. No BSOD. changed and double checked that I changed the automatic restart. Also, I can't find a log for the one that just occured

It is on a SSD Raid

C: drive
I found 2 logs that I posted above that may be helpful?

I don't understand. The system is running. If it failed wouldn't it not be able to do anything? All smart data looks okay and IRST says both arrays are functioning properly.

Lowie linked me into this post through another with similar issue;
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2397640/unexpected-shut-downs-demanding-tasks.html#14698701

If you cannot see the related error in that view, Here is a different area of Event Viewer in which you can see the unexpected shutdown related errors

; go to start> run> eventvwr.msc
here you will see a list of events, find the ones marked as errors and you'll find one which states why the pc was shutdown unexpectedly
in the left pane; Custom Views > Administrative Events > scroll through the errors(likely labelled critical or warning), looking in their descriptions for the ones relating to the pc shutting down/rebooting/restarting

I am just really annoyed and stumped as to if this is a windows thing or a hardware issue. And if its hardware I just can't seem to pinpoint which component??
Any thoughts on the stuttering/locking that occurs some of the other time?

Only one that seems to relate to the power issue

ReadyBoot isn't a big issue, i've had it too with no issues to my pc usage, the fix is simply upgrading its registry value,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WMI\Autologger\ReadyBoot

> MaxFileSize key is a DWORD with a default decimal value of 20 (may show Hex value 16 - select Decimal value checkbox). Increase this to 60, and the error solved in most cases

Thanks.
any idea on my restarting issue? From other threads a lot of people seem to point to PSU. I have a 1000watt but could it be failing in some way? Checked voltages in AIDA and they all look fine
