Random RAM usage while idle

Hello, I am here cause i need some help, i have a laptop from Asus with 8 GB of ram, but for some reason they are all being used on... nothing, its weird and my gaming quality suffers from it quite a lot.

The only thing i have open there is chrome and whatsapp, the rest is all closed up

Did you check for malware, something might be running in the background and be hidden from Task Manager. A driver may also have sprang a "leak". Also check for autostart programs.

Malware bytes checks my pc every 2 days and comes with positive results everytime, i have disabled some autostart programs but not sure if all, and i have no clue about drivers

I suggest you run this program from Microsoft called RAMMap, which is an advanced physical memory usage analysis utility:

You can post a screenshot of the Use Counts (first) tab. You can also save the memory snapshot (File -> Save) and upload the file for us to analyze.

It is quite clear that Chrome is your memory hog. I recommend opening up the Chrome Task Manager to get a closer view of the memory usage. With Chrome opened and focused, you can launch the Chrome Task Manager via the hotkey SHIFT+ESC or through the menu (More tools -> Task manager).

Thanks for that but, what would u recommend i do because there are not a lot of apps going on that kill my ram,
