Often very random, does not matter if it is from a fresh boot or waking from sleep, sometimes it happens 4 or 5 times a day, sometimes it will go a week or more. Have tried several different Bios. Drivers are up to date. Last week the last event in the event log was "Skype not connected" or something along those lines. No web camera, did not see the need for Skype. Uninstalled it. Went several days without the random reboot..until this morning. Powered it off last night. Booted this morning. Got thru POST screen, entered PIN and it rebooted....repeated 5 times before it stayed running. Edited a bunch of images, put it in Sleep mode. Woke it up...reboot...reboot....reboot. Probably should add that every now and then, when booting from a powered off state, it hangs during boot. DRAM LED is lit. RAM is new, I ran MEMTEST on it while I was gone for 11 hours one day....0 errors.
