Hello. I'm facing random PC reboots ~0-2 times per day.
It can happen during random YouTube videos or in games. Unfortunately, I can't catch any specific way to achieve it.
Sometimes my cursor and keyboard start to be laggy for 5 - 10 seconds. It is also a rare case (0 - 2 times per day).

In Event Viewer it always:
Event id: 41
Bugcheck code: 0
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

It started after I've switched from Nvidia 980ti to AMD 6900xt + BIOS update.
With 980ti and old bios PC was absolutely stable. After the BIOS update, I set absolutely the same overclock settings.

What I already did:
  • Uninstalled all drivers via DDU from safe mode
  • Uninstalled all Realtek drivers (network, sound, etc)
  • Replaced cables for GPU power
  • Rebuilt my PC and checked all cables
  • Executed stress tests for GPU only, CPU only, and both at the same time
  • Used memtest
  • Checked S.M.A.R.T for both disks
My system was stable without any BSOD or reboots for ~1 уear. It starts happens only after installing 6900xt.
What do you think about it? What and how can I test?

During OCCT and FurMark stress tests I don't have any clocks/power/etc spikes

I had similar, poor experiences with my 6800xt. My PC randomly crashed with screen turning black while gaming. In some games it happend more often (Horizon Zero Dawn, GTA V) in some Games never (GoW), in some games even the menu crashed (Halo Infinite).

As the GPU-market turned to be more normal, I switched to an 3800 ti - all the issues are gone (just uninstalled AMD Drivers and ran DDU in safe mode before swaping the cards). My PC is so refreshingly stable.

The 6800xt was pretty much a disappointment. Don't know what the issue with the AMD GPUs are, maybe the drivers.

I'm pretty much an AMD Fan (using a 5900x) but the 6800xt was pretty much a disappointment.
