Random Resets Help Plz!

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990fx AM3+
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2GHz
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 8gb(2 x 4gb) DDR3 1600
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 460 (driver version 280.26)
PSU: Antec 650 Watt
Hard Drive: WD 500gb SATA II
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I recently put this build together and randomly it decides to reset, no error messages no warnings just resets. I tried turning ecc off in the bios as another thread mentioned but that hasn't fixed it. I ran western digitals data lifeguard diagnostic for the hard drive and it was clean.

I havent and have no plan to overclock this machine, It's fast enough for me as is, I just need it working. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I ran memtest86 and it froze on 35% into the second pass, 85% into test 7: [block move]. The timer is no longer going so i assume that means something is wrong with the ram, would bad ram cause my computer to just reset randomly(while gaming, web browsing, sitting idle, etc.)

There were no errors on the first pass, but it didnt complete the second pass.
