Random restarts and other things

Hey guys whats up, been having trouble for the past few weeks with my computer

I would get blue screens like once every blue moon, but my computer just restarts randomly alot. I dont know if its because i just added a new GPU to the system.

Specs:
GA 970a d3 mobo
fx 4100 cpu
r9 270x (new addition btw)
700w PSU
OCZ vertex 4 with a 500g hdd
16 gb of vulcan RAM
Also have a NZXT fan controller

I dont know whats happening. Maybe a bad PSU or something. Its 2 years old. And one more thing i also put my computer to sleep often instead of leaving it on or just shutting it down. Maybe the voltages are messing up. IDK pls help

Faulty RAM or over heating are the most likely candidates. Try testing each RAM DIMM on it own. Check your CPU/GPU temps are OK.

Nope they all work properly and my cpu idles at 20C and loads at 55C, and aroudn the same for the GPU.
