Question Random restarts during idle

Hello guys, I've been getting some weird restarts and non-responsive scenarios during the last few days. Only happens when the PC is not under high load - monitor goes black, it says No Display and either stays like that until I do a hard restart or restarts itself. Machine has been stable for the past 5 years, no issues whatsoever and suddenly this happens. I've tried all I can think of without disassembling everything - update BIOS, DDU and fresh install of Nvidia drivers, checking all the cables, temps are absolutely fine, everything is seated properly... Honestly I am at a loss.

GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 3070
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX Z-590
RAM: G-Skill Trident Z RGB 4x8GB 3200 Mt/s
PSU: bequiet! Straight Power 11 850W

What is the Reliability History report showing? problem for awhile?
Event Viewer could help you breakdown to see if its due to a bugcheck (and it would give you a error code)

It's a Platinum rated PSU with a 5-year warranty and I wouldn't have expected it to fail yet, but stranger things have happened. Do you have another PSU you can try?

Only happens when the PC is not under high load

I had problems running an RTX 3060 at full power (170W) during long video renders with Topaz Video AI in 2022. The software was flaky at the time, but I fixed it by running MSI Afterburner and reducing the GPU max power to 95%. A few months later Topaz fixed the bug and I disabled Afterburner.

I see you're running 4 DIMMs, which can sometimes be less stable than just 2 DIMMs. The i7 11700k is rated at DDR4-3200, but you might try reducing XMP to 3000MT/s if you're currently running 3200MT/s. Four DIMMs place more load on the CPU's IMC (Integrated Memory Controllers) and can lead to instability when XMP is enabled. I also advise running MemTest86. Any errors, discard the faulty DIMM.

If you're manually overvolting the CPU, try disabling this setting in the BIOS. After 5 years, subtle electromigration effects might be creeping in.

It did it again a few minutes ago - screen went black when I stepped away from the PC for just a second, it stayed like that for 1 minute and then rebooted itself. I see a couple of errors in the Event Viewer more notably:
