Question Random restarts with sometimes a freezed motherboard boot screen

So I've bought a voltage regulator and a UPS, I've also replaced my PSU with a new one, however, my pc keeps on restarting randomly, or when I open some videos or weirdly Pinterest. sometimes it gets stuck on the motherboard boot screen with a couple of pixilated colored lines.
Here are my pc components
Ryzen 5600G
16 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
500 GB SSD
motherboard gigabyte a520m s2h with F13 BIOS
PSU 750 watts
UPS 1200VA
Voltage Regulator of 2KVA

If this is a new issue that started when you installed the UPS and VR, then it's safe to assume the issue is the UPS and VR.
If you want to verify, try the below.
If you remove the UPS and VR from the equation, does the issue persist?

yeah it still presists

So when did this issue start? After the new PSU?

There's no discrete GPU in the system?
Have you tried resetting BIOS to default settings?
