i don't know if this thread goes here, sorry my bad english beforehand.

Hi, i can't find any solution to my issue, the thing goes this way:

my pc turns semi-off or blackscreen while playing/loading games, like hybernation, and the on/off button isn't working when this happen. it randomly happens.

my specs are:

amd fx 8350
rx 480 4gb msi
ga-970gaming motherboard
16gb 4x4 ram ddr3 1600mhz
cx750m psu
corsair h80i v2
ssd 120 kingston
hdd 1tb seagate
OS: Windows 10

i tried:

drivers- same result
custom fan curve- same result
auto fan curve - same result
undervolt/underclock - same result
change psu - same result
change bios config smartfan / temp alert/ shutdowns - same result
change gpu- same result
change cooler - stock/ 212evo / h80iv2 - same result.
add more fans - same result

at this point, i guess it could be my motherboard or cpu (only thing i haven't tried), because my temps are fine.

cpu: 50c° max
gpu: 70c° max
motherboard: 55c° max

and... windows sending this error at event viewer:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: El índice estaba fuera del intervalo. Debe ser un valor no negativo e inferior al tamaño de la colección. Nombre del parámetro: index en System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentOutOfRangeException(ExceptionArgument argument, ExceptionResource resource) en System.Collections.Generic.List`1.get_Item(Int32 index) en thermald.MainWindow.SetupSmartFanConfigsToControlRegister(FanTemperatureInput temperatureSelection, List`1& smartFanConfigs, HardwareMonitoredDataCollection& hardwareMonitoredDatas, Boolean bIgnoreFanStop) en thermald.MainWindow.SetupSmartFanConfigsToControlRegister(List`1& smartFanConfigs, Boolean bIgnoreFanStop)

any ideas???? i'm about to sell every part with tears 🙁

help :)

update: running prime95, it goes down after 4-5min, still no high temp at all.

yes, it's up to date, i'm worried b'cause the prime95 test shut it off at stock speeds
