Random SSD Apeared

I got an 2 tb SSD for my bday yesterday, I upgraded from a hard drive and have never owned an ssd before. When I went to disk management, I saw my SSD, but another, unkown, 500 mb ssd. What is this?

the 500mb is a partition on your ssd, its hidden as it contains the boot files. Its perfectly normal

if it were its own drive it would show where the DVD drive is showing now as Disk 1
