Hi,

My system is Freezes all of a sudden randomly. I am not able to find out what is the exact cause.

Please help me.

When the system hangs, No input is taken to the cpu. All devices stands still. Hard Restart is the only way to bring it back to normal.

I have tried changing the OS with different bits, and latest drivers and all other possibilities.

No power surge issues are there.

Help me on this.

Configuration:

Intel i5 6600k CPU
8GB Corsair Vengence Single Stick
1TB WD Hard disk.
Windows 10 64 bit OS with all latest drivers
Geforce GTX960 4GB Graphics
Corsair PSU 750W

When i Check the event viewer, I found the below error.

Kernel PnP

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_2717&PID_FF48&MI_00\6&20b74dd7&0&0000.

Solution
Then you should look at your PSU.
Even if it was a top of the line PSU that is brand new. Can still be faulty straight out of the box.
Normaly (but not always) it is either your CPU or PSU who freezes the computer.

What is your CPU temps?
CPU voltages?
How old is that PSU?
100% that every powercable is pushed ALL the way in and correct?
Could you have created a short on the back of the motherboard solder points and down the the motherboard tray?
