Random W7 freeze

Hello everyone, Two days ago i have moved from windows 8.1 back to 7 but there is this strange freeze that happens randomly even when my CPU is 1-30% and ram not over 50%.
The thing only happened to me when i moved to windows 7 never experienced it on 8.1 considering i used 8.1 for more than 6 months
My specs are:
Msi h81m-p33
Pentium 3220 3.00 Ghz
4.00 GB ram
500 GB Western Digital
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

I have noticed that in most cases System process spikes up and goes down again on random basis especially when playing games ?

P.S: This didn't not happen on W8.1 and i don't want to go back to it because it wasn't genuine but W7 is.
