Hi everyone,

Multiple times a day my PC is randomly logging me out of Windows and taking me to the log in screen.

It's mostly happened when I'm in a game, but has also happened when I've been internet browsing. It's happening 4-5 times a day.

I've only had my PC for about a week:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
32GB DDR4 3200Mhz
MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 ATX
Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe
RTX 3060 Ti 8GB VENTUS 3X 8GD6X
800W PSU
Windows 11 - All up to date.

I've set all power save settings etc to never sleep/turn off.

Would be super grateful if anyone might have any ideas as to how I can remedy this?

Thanks ever so much!

After the logout event - are you able to immediately log right back in without any problems?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or informational event that occurs just before or at the time of the random logouts.

Another place to look is in the router's logs (if available and enabled). Make and model router?

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.
