Randomly getting low Fps in all games?

Build:
MSI R9 380 4GB GPU
Amd fx 8350 stock speeds
8gb hyperx fury ram

So I recently built my PC and it was all working great with 200+ Fps in games like csgo. Way above 60 in games like skyrim and just cause 2. Fantastic performance everywhere. Recently however everything has dropped in performance. Less than 50 Fps even in csgo!
Ideas?

Do you go to fishy sites ever? I've seen it all the time. Malware can drastically affect performance.
