Randomly High Temp With I5-4670K with Corsair H100i GTX(At End Its Dead Take Look At Pics And My Results)

UPDATE:- At End Finally Its Dead I am done with it got irritated shaking the pipes after every time i start pc and after some time to cool my pc and i have removed its pipe ...... This is how its looks ...

I am back to intel stock cooler that comes with my CPU
I5 4670K@4.2 Ghz Idle 55-60'C and At 100% Load Failed.....It Reaches 100'C +
@Stock Idle 50-50'C and At 100% 70'C+ And Keeps On Increasing....

UPDATE:-
I did some test and i have removed the radioator too from my pc case CPU OC to 4.2Ghz temp reached till 80'C+ and i noticed radiator getting hot from this right side only the left side and fins of rad are cool then i shacked it and suddenly temp dropped..
But After some time like 5-10 Min its back to 80+ again starts overheating

Hello everyone
I am using Asus Maximus VII Motherboard with i5-4670k CPU with corsair H100i GTX as Cpu Cooler Few Days back i noticed in my logitech G510s Keyboard OSD that cpu Temp are upto 90'C
i was so shocked i opened my case and noticed the h100i led is red the tube of h100i are so hot.
i have checked in coarsair link that the pump are working and fan too its showing PUMP running at 3000RPM.

What i did is Removed the bracket on top of cpu of h100i removed the thermal paste too cleaned it and reapplied it and reinstalled it again i saw the difference in temp but still under full load it was going upto 70 still high i dont know how but after some times the temp back to normal..
it was running all good till yesterday and i noticed that the temp of cpu is high under full load it gone upto 90'C i turned of my pc that time i had to go somewhere and today when i was using my pc the temp are again normal i checked under full CPU load the max temp is 56-57'C..

What i want to ask is what could be the issue as i dont know whats wrong if you need anything else let me know ill provide all the details ill post screenshots too.......

My CPU was overclocked to 4.2Ghz by Asus Suite but now its not i am using default values becouse of high temp

Can you hear the fan speed varying with temperature?

Could be, the water is a buffer, but the radiators are not displacing the heat under load.

Do the radiators feel hot? or just the pipes. listen to see if the pump is running, not just the software. Check it's plugged in the right headers on the MOBO. it's not plug and play. The software sends a Speed out a connector, it has no odea what the pump/fan is actually doing

Lastly, make sure your CPU/pimp is the lowest part of the cooling circuit. If you get an air bubble in it the pump will stop working.

i have not checked the radiator is getting hot but the pipes are for sure.

when i hold the pipe i feel that something is flowing under the pipes(i checked by setting pump performance to silent 1700RPM while holding the pipes i set to performance mode 3000RPM)

Today I have Checked My H100i GTX again and at bootup i have set the fan speed and pump to balanced mode and set to cpu load to 100% and it started heating the pump temp reached till 40'C and then i have set the fan and pump speed to performance mode with in minute the temp of h100i dropped to 37.8'C which means the pump is working right?
so what could be the issue?
currently its not overclocked but
ill check again after overclocking again
can the overclocking voltage has anything to do with it?

Voltage can absolutely make a difference. Note that your CPU temp shown in the BIOS will likely be higher than when its idle sitting in Windows because more voltage is put through the CPU while you're sitting in the BIOS (its normal).

What voltage are/were you applying with your overclock? Did you set it manually or some kind of auto setting on the board?

Yes i am using Asis AI Suite App 5 way optimisation Cpu speed set to 4.2Ghz

well no its not today again the cpu clocks are stock
and temp went to 70"C+ and h100 temp were rising till 46'C then i opened my pc side panel holding the h100i pipes one was hot another was not and i shaked the h100i pipes and then suddenly the temp dropped to 55'C and the H100i temp also started dropping dont know whats wrong i think its my H100i Pump issue and my bad is its not under warranty

Very interesting. Yeah, if its having an issue that would certainly do it.

Probably have an air bubble in there getting stuck in the pump which makes it not pump. I would be surprised if it could get stuck in the radiator. Unmounting the whole thing and just giving it power while you jostle it around might settle the bubble into the reservoir.

That or it is a sign your cooler has evaporated out enough coolant to no longer be 'full'. In that case, check your warranty and see if Corsair would have to replace it or you can attempt to re-fill it yourself.

Or that the pump is starting to go.

the bad thing is its not in warranty i bought the h100i in 2012 i think and it was dead and got it replaced 1 year ago with h100iv2 and now i have no warranty i am looking to buy the air cooler this time i am done with AIO cooler
