Randomly losing focus of windows/ random tabbing out

Regardless of what I'm doing from playing a game to browsing in Google Chrome something on my computer is refocusing to the desktop. I'm not really sure what details to provide but this:

I'm on Windows 7
The problem doesn't seem to occur on some sort of schedule.

I honestly don't know what else to say.. If you need to know more let me know.

I've never had any problems typing or anything.. Id rather look at other solutions before going further into this one
