Rapid, repeated beeping on startup after dust cleaning

So earlier today my computer crashed and I decided to clean the insides of dust. While doing so, I cleaned the fans on the CPU and the power supply, and now when I try and turn it on the PC beeps rapidly multiple times before turning itself off, then turing on again and repeating the process. Did I damage the power supply when cleaning it? If so is it fixable or should I buy another one?

I think as a start here you can take out your ram and then put it back in (same slots). Then reset your CMOS clock... see where you get then

Make sure your CPU fan and/or case fans didn't get bumped loose or disconnected during the cleaning.

All the fans seem to be okay, how do I reset the CMOS clock?

Oh and I already tried removing and replacing the ram sticks as well

The easiest way to reset the CMOS clock is to remove the watch type battery from the motherboard (with computer power off and unplugged) for 15 seconds and then put it back in

Pull out and reseat the cables in your motherboard, maybe one of them has come slightly loose

I just tried that and it worked! The cpu had come slightly loose and after pushing it in everything worked. Thanks for the advice, you've been very helpful.
