Read the article. The 3840 cards have some with 14 Gbps, some with 15 Gbps, some with 6GB, some with 12GB. Bit of a crapshoot which you get, I suppose.

Curiously this configuration (3840 CUDA cores, 6GB VRAM and 14gbps GDDR6) reminds a lot of the laptop variant, but with desktop TDP.

yea, I caught that too. The table says 6GB, but the discription under says 12GB and a 6GB. In the end, it all makes it incredibly confusing when trying to buy an RTX 3060.
