Rare random restart

I just want to know why my pc restarted to prevent future damage of my pc.
3 weeks ago my pc just restarted when I watching videos on youtube from chrome.
and today my pc restarted when I click my mouse button to open the folder in my E drive.
Does any hardware causing this restart ?
Or any software issue ?

My rig:
Windows 8.1 pro x64
Intel I5 4460
g skill 8 gb ram(4gb x 2)
asus b85m-g mobo
antec vp500pc psu
asus gtx 750ti oc graphic card
seagate 1tb 7200rpm hard disk (I have 3 disks of it, that means 3 tb)

could be a failing power supply,

winkey + q and search for eventviewer... there you should get some idea of what kind of failure it was... if you find kernel 41... the culprit is usually power supply http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-3128570/fix-windows-error-event-kernel-power.html

Thanks, got kernal-power 41 error, I think I need to change my power cable.

my previous power cable gave my pc case little electricity shock. so I changed my power cable with 6 year old cable(was using with pentium 4). Thats why I think cable is damaged.
