Short answer, "yes".

Any signs of life at all? Give more detail. Any "burnt electronics" smell? (It will linger for some time.)

If you're lucky, it was the power supply that got fried. Take all the peripheral attachments off the Pi and connect power to a 2A USB power block. (1A may work)

The final fix will be to buy a new one.

If you're such a klutz, you can do a lot with an Arduino attached to a computer. You and get Arduino Nano's at AliExpress for about two bucks. (20-90 day shipping)
