Get a mini PC for around $170 and a 15.6" 1080p portable screen for $85 (or bigger or smaller, of course, depending on what you need/want), VESA mount the mini PC to the back, and you got a much stronger machine for around the same money... they often even come with Windows pre-installed, but can be run with Linux as well. RAM and storage are normally upgradable, too. You also won't have to go to to shady places to do that; you can find everything on Amazon and other western retailers.
The Raspi is a great system for tinkerers, but this thing is just nonsense when you can achieve better for the same money. This also leads me to my main complaint about the Raspi 5; it's too expensive for what it is. At its price point considering everything you need to buy for it to work in accessories - storage, power supply, cooling, probably also case - it starts competing with other, much more powerful machines sporting 12th gen Celerons in a similar price category. Its main advantage is that it has the IO pins and can be connected to many different devices, but the Pi5 is simply too powerful and too expensive for that at close to 100 bucks imho. It's more approaching a desktop PC, but it neither has the OS compatibility for it since most people use Windows for that, nor the horsepower to compete with similarly priced systems. It really needs to drop in price to get interesting again. And this offering is a pointless thing as a whole, for the reasons stated above.
