Television? I was still using a pair of Sony GDM-FW900 24" CRT monitors on my PC, until 2020! I almost bought an AMD Fury graphics card, until I discovered it had no analog output. That's when I bought my first Nvidia card: an EVGA GTX 980 Ti, which was the last generation of theirs ever to support analog out.
I had to switch to a 19" Samsung LCD and get rid of my 19" NEC CRT (which was the best monitor I've ever owned) due to room in my apartment at the time.
