Neither Ronin nor the author seem to have a basic grades school level understanding of physics.

It's practically impossible for a radio signal to propagate through water period including any magical LoRaWAN wireless signals the author speculates.

The only frequencies capable are ELF in the low 30- Hz range and require incredibly long antennas measured in miles.
