That isn't too bad actually. I have the same CPU as you, and as Bossyfins said you won't need a cooler for that thing because it doesn't have full OC capability. It works fine unless you plan on playing VERY physics heavy games. Your GPU will do you very well, again very similar to mine 😛. In my opinion though you should really try to invest in a SSD, it makes life wonderful.

I disagree with bossy however, I'd say the PSU is just fine, however for your motherboard I don't know much about MSI, but I'd presume it will work fine

Eh, I have a R9 280 in my rig and use a 550 watt and have had no problems.
However, I don't know how much upgrade room I could really have. If OP is looking for potential future upgrades I'd probably agree with you.
