hi guys so i've finished building my 2nd budget gaming pc.. i also read some reviews before buying my components and now i wanna ask you guys to rate my build..

Processor: Intel Pentium G3258 OC to 4.2Ghz only
Motherboard: MSI B85-G43 Gaming
Memory: G.Skills Ripjaws X 8GB (4GBx2)
Power Supply: Corsair CX500M
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Blue
SSD: Sandisk SSD Plus 120GB
Casing: Corsair Spec 01
CPU Cooler: Corsair H55
Case Fans: Corsair AF120 Red LED x3
GPU: MSI Radeon R7 370

CPU: well everybody knows how good this is and it's a budget cpu for overclocking so yeah
MOBO: it's the least atx gaming mobo that i can find and it can overclock
RAM: nothing special lol
PSU: at first my top pick is Seasonic M12II 520w but i ended up buying corsair to match my case... mehh
HDD: it's cheap and future proof (Y)
SSD: it's cheap, fast, and to match my red/black mobo and case theme
Case: it looks badass and has a big window side panel.. planning upgrading to NZXT H440 Red/Black someday
GPU: my mobo supports crossfire and not sli so ended up buying a amd gpu

Not sure I would have paired a H55 with a G3258, I probably would have gone for a Cryorig H5 there.

You could have made some better choices. An i3 for starters would have been better for about the same price assuming you stuck with the stock cooler.
Getting a Corsair over a Seasonic was a terrible choice. You could have got a psu that would have lasted you for years and years, but now you'll be replacing that Corsair in a year or two. It's hard to rate the 370 because I don't know how much you paid for it and how much the competition was at the time. The rest is fine. It seems you put looks over reliability and bang for buck. Hopefully you won't make that mistake in the future.

thank you for your ratings i bought the 370 for $123.. i'm planning to upgrade my procie later on but for now i'll stick to g3258... for the psu i find most builders are using corsair psu on their build

Just because many people use the CX series in their builds doesn't make it good. Many people underestimate how important the PSU is, and think that because Corsair is well-known their PSUs are good. They aren't.

Some merits of the CX-M series:

• 
  ■ Shoddy soldering.
  ■ Parts of the maetal casing touching the underside of the PCB.
  ■ Taiwannese CapXcone and Teapo Capacitors.
  ■ Generally sub-par quality (Wires worn down inside by abrasion, for one).\
  ■ Shut down under load when tesing at ~45C (A relatively normal temperature for PSUs).
  ■ 80+ Bronze certification done at 30C, not the normal 50C.

It ranks Tier Four on Tom's Hardware's PSU Tier List (Link in signature). Quting from that article:

Tier Four

Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice.

If I were you, I'd return that PSU for a refund and get the M12II, which is light years ahead in quality.

Yup, they are quite bad. Sad that so many people think they are god. Oh well.... advertising can sell anything. If you only bought it a few days ago, then there is a good chance you can return it no questions asked for a refund.

I have had to replace more Corsair CX psus than EVERY OTHER kind of psu put together.
