Is this a decent build for high-end gaming along with some streaming and multitasking? My goal is to play games at 1080p over 100+ FPS in all most games on max settings. I know it's a little overkill for 1080p, but I like the high fps numbers.

Let me know if I should switch up anything for like a cheaper alternate or something. I'm not planning on overclocking anything btw. I'm going for a black/white type theme.

1600 is better for cheaper and has decent stock cooler. You can overclock it to ~3.8 G, no need to pay extra for 1600X and extra cooler or thermal paste. 120gb ssd is too small. 240+ is bette to install Os and games to really take advantage of ssd. Your 1600+1080 can do 100+FPS for 1080p and 1440p. Make sure you have a good monitor for that. GTX1070 is good enough for 1080p 100+FPS.
