does this sound like a good PC too you? It will be used to play BF3 and skyrim. I maybe will buy a second GPU and go SLi with them down the road. I am hoping to get around 45FPS ratings on High or hopefully Ultra
Money is an object right now. I designed this in hooes that if i am unsatified with my gpu i can easily upgrade, what components are good? What could be removed? Or what could change.

I'm pretty sure Fatal1ty is just a gimmick as well. You can swap that with cheaper boards that have the same stuff feature-wise.

You can opt to drop down to an FX-8320 and save yourself ~$40. The difference is only 0.5GHz which you can OC anyway.

Get the 7950 instead. It outperforms the 660 Ti by quite a good margin ever since Catalyst 12.11, and it's the same price.

Whats catylist?
The reviews for the 7950 are not as good as the 680 or 660.
Is there any aftermarket brand if this like asus or gigabyte that is better than the straight raedon? I will have too look at some benchmarks.

catalyst - the driver for radeon cards
frankly i do not understand why every1 recommends amd over nvidia (benchmarks say diffrent as i noticed indeed)
and well for processors intel over amd but intel is much more expensive in my opinion

@hippo08 - which reviews would these be? I've seen mostly positive criticism on the 7950 so far. Some people would eve recommend it over the 670.

@VDD13X - because as far as price : performance is concerned, nVidia doesn't have much of an edge. This is mostly because of their stubborness and reluctance to give price cuts on their cards. I have nothing against nVidia, but if they want our recommendation for best bang for buck, they seriously need to rethink their pricing.

Fatality (as is anything that spells a name with a number like that) is absolutely a gimmick. You could get the Gigabyte 990FX board and save lots of money there.

frankly i do not understand why every1 recommends amd over nvidia (benchmarks say diffrent as i noticed indeed)

Because price / performance wise the Radeons beat their comparable NVIDIAs by a long shot. Do a quick Google search for benchmarks and comparisons - you will see why.

Your set up is 9 out of 10 bc of the non-ssd drive.

Why is having an SSD bad? I won't build a system without one anymore.
