Processor: AMD FX-4150 Quad-core
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA078

*this build does not come with a power supply, but I have a spare PSU*

Thank you.

Edit:
There are some more kits here: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?Lprice=200&Hprice=499.99&Nav=|c:332|&Sort=3&Recs=10

I am willing to spend around $220.

What is your back up PSU? This biggest risk of these barebone/prebuilts is the mobos and PSUs.

The link to your 2nd build is very different aswell. The link shows a 450w PSU and different mobo than the one you stated.

Edit: the only way I'd consider one of these barebones was if I had a spare HDD/PSU. With only a $220 budget, you might not even get a GPU, so unless you have one of those you'll need to go for an APU build
