Question Ravencoin wallet

Hi guys, a question. Do I need wallet.dat file to restore my wallet or only the 12 words phrase is needed? Thx.

It's always good to have a backup of both. The 12 phrases are a recovery key that is essentially your wallet's private key (like a banking password) which would allow you to access your funds without a digital backup of the wallet itself (the ,dat file). Keeping a backup of your wallet.dat file however would essentially do the same thing minus the part about remembering those 12 words. It would just resync with the network and your funds would be attributed back into your wallet.

You only need 1 or the other but as I said in the beginning, it's best to backup both.

I have just downloaded mobile app RVN wallet and then put the phrase there. So i hope it works. I have mined just 45 coins so no big deal but thats 9€ still. Any tips where to change it for eth?

Coinswitch is one option though I personally don't know how trust worthy it is. Binance is a well known European exchange site however, though it doesn't have Raven to Ethereum trading, only RVN to BTC.

I wouldn't know how to proceed from here, I personally don't deal with Raven coin. Try contacting the support of the app developers if possible. I would also try recovering it on the desktop client rather than the phone app.
