Question Razer audio devices showing up under other devices and unusable

Not sure where to post this, I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and the devices. I have tried uninstalling synapse and restarting the pc. Under device manager there is a triangle sign with an exclamation point next to the names nm the devices. the devices show up in synapse as working, but windows doesn't give the option to use them for audio output even though it knows they exist, but like i said they are both under other devices. The devices are a razer Nommo chroma and Blackshark v2 pro

Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you get the drivers?

Try manually downloading the applicable audio driver's directly from the manufacturer's website.

Reinstall and configure as necessary.

No third party tools or installers.

Doublecheck the source site: just because the manufacturer's name appears in the URL/path that does not necessarily mean that the source is the manufacturer.
